To Return Merchandise
If you need to return merchandise, please follow the directions
on the Merchandise Return Form printed on the back of your packing
slip. Please indicate what items you are returning, the reason for
the return and what action you would like us to take. Use the pre-printed
label on your packing slip and send your return via UPS or Insured
Mail to:

Please call 1-646-415-8964 for a return authorization number and
instructions.You can send us an
e-mail to info@only4pets.com and we will send you the pre-printed
label.
Did your order arrive Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item
Was Shipped ?
All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be
replaced promptly. If a package appears to be damaged at the time
of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should damage occur
in a UPS shipment, notify UPS immediately at 800-PICK-UPS and then
contact only4Pets at 646-415-8964 Monday through Friday
9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, or email us at info@only4pets.com.
Do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise,
as examination by UPS inspectors may be necessary. If a Parcel Post
package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage,
then notify us.
Restrictions:
Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as
a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS.
Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Even exchanges
are sent back to you at no additional charge. If you request a refund,
your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing
your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to
return our product so that we can improve our service.
Ordering Information:
SALES TAX
There is no sales tax added to orders being shipped outside of Florida.
Florida residents will be charged applicable local sales tax rates.

When finished adding your products into your cart, complete the
checkout process by choosing your method of payment.

Once your order is placed it will go through a rapid payment process.
Once your order is processed and if placed before 11AM EST, your
order will ship next business day. After your order is processed
and shipped you will receive an automated email response letting
you know your order has shipped.
Shipping Policy:
*We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Orlando,
Florida. Only 4 Pets ships most orders via UPS.You have the option
of choosing what method of UPS shipping you desire at checkout.UPS
Ground takes from 1 to 8 days depending on were you live.Weekend
and holidays do not count as days of transit.
*Sales tax is only collected for products shipped to Florida
addresses. Outside of Florida, it is the purchaser's responsability
to comply with their state's sales tax regulations.
Orders must be in by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard time and they
will be ship next bussines day.
Saturday and Sunday are not counted as shipping days.
